Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
