Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even-sized sticks.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
