Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel sweet potatoes, then cut them into uniform sticks about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool briefly before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
