Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges about 1 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
