- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced jalapeños (adjust to taste)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the beans, spreading it evenly.
- Layer shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and green onions on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
