Instructions

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven to 425°F.
- Grill or bake the marinated chicken for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, achieving a beautiful char.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and mint before serving with naan or rice.
