  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic-ginger paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the cleaned prawns to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) or set your oven broiler.
  4. If grilling, thread the marinated prawns onto skewers.
  5. Grill or broil the prawns for 5-7 minutes per side until charred and opaque. Avoid overcooking!
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving and enjoy with naan or rice.
