- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup until well combined with the beef mixture.
- In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
