Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Mix in the cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish and layer frozen tater tots on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
