- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup with the cooked beef until well combined.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tater tots at the bottom. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the tots and top with another layer of tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
