  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup with the cooked beef until well combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tater tots at the bottom. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the tots and top with another layer of tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top layer.
