- 1 head butter lettuce (about 12 leaves)
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Chop the herbs and shred the carrots.
- Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground chicken for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add flavor: Stir in green onions, carrots, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
- Assemble wraps: Lay out butter lettuce leaves on a platter and spoon generous amounts of filling into each leaf. Drizzle with extra hoisin sauce and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
