- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry in a baking dish, pressing down firmly.
- Lay sliced tomatoes on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cheeses, eggs, sour cream, basil, salt, pepper until smooth.
- Layer half the tomatoes in the crust, top with half the cheese mixture; repeat layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
- Cool slightly before slicing; serve warm or at room temperature.
