  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as per box instructions and grease your baking dish.
  2. Prepare the cake mix following package directions and pour into the greased dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together whole milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Once the cake has cooled slightly, poke holes all over its surface with a fork.
  5. Slowly drizzle the milk mixture over the cake to soak it thoroughly.
  6. Spread whipped topping evenly on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
