  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your countertop. Prepare mixing bowls and measuring tools.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, breadcrumbs, green onions, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick and place on parchment paper.
  4. Heat oil (about 1/4 inch deep) in a large skillet over medium heat.
