- 2 large ciabatta rolls (or sourdough bread), sliced in half
- 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 oz provolone cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients for easy access.
- Slice ciabatta rolls horizontally.
- Spread a generous layer of pesto on both halves of the bread.
- Layer turkey slices on one half, followed by spinach or arugula and tomato slices.
- If using cheese, layer it on top of the vegetables before closing the sandwich.
- Optional: Toast the sandwich in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
