- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sprinkle baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt over the mixture, then gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Optionally, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
