Instructions
- Make the Dough: Combine all-purpose flour and water in a bowl until soft dough forms. Knead for about five minutes until smooth.
- Prepare the Filling: In a separate bowl, mix tofu, kimchi, garlic, green onions, ginger, cabbage, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Roll Out the Dough: Divide dough into small pieces and roll each into thin circles about three inches in diameter.
- Fill the Dumplings: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch edges to seal tightly.
- Cook: Steam in a lined steamer basket or pan-fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides (about five minutes).
