- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Let store-bought dough sit at room temperature.
- 2. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
- 3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- 4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- 5. Layer mozzarella cheese followed by bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion slices, zucchini, and spinach.
- 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- 7. Allow cooling slightly before slicing into wedges.
