Instructions
- Place feta cheese in a food processor and crumble if using block cheese for smooth blending.
- Add honey, olive oil, and lemon juice to the food processor.
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed (about 1-2 minutes).
- Taste and adjust flavors by adding more honey, lemon juice, or red pepper flakes to your liking.
- Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl, swirl with a spoon, and drizzle extra honey on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving with crusty bread or crackers.
