- 1 cup macadamia nuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden; centers should remain soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
