Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  5. Scoop batter onto prepared sheets, leaving space between each dollop.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm. Cool completely on wire racks.
  7. Fill with your favorite frosting or cream filling, sandwiching two halves together.
