Instructions

  3. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix on one side. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  4. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  5. Cook roll-ups seam-side down for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
