- Bell Peppers (any color)
- Onion
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pasta Sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Add diced bell peppers and onions; sauté until softened.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Spread the cooked sausage mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Roll up the dough tightly from one long side and pinch the ends to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and make several slits on top for steam venting.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
