Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and ensure it's well coated. Seal or cover tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for maximum flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off. Grill each side for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
