Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (approximately 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and drizzle with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
