Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped mint, crumbled feta, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick without overworking the meat.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- During the last minute of grilling, add cheese on top if desired and toast your buns until golden brown.
- Assemble by placing lettuce or tomato on each bun followed by the patty and your favorite condiments.
