Instructions

- In another bowl, cream unsalted butter until light and fluffy, then gradually add sugar.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
- Mix in lemon juice, zest, and limoncello until fully blended.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet, alternating with milk; mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting with whipped heavy cream mixed with limoncello.
