- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a pot over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly but not browned.
- Add marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture in, pressing down firmly to create an even layer.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
