Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour; stir until it forms a shaggy dough.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough to release air, then shape it into your desired pizza style.
