- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder (high-quality)
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in half the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Sprinkle remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until puffy.
- Allow cooling before slicing.
