Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and top with chopped onions.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and onions, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks, mixing it with the sauce before serving.
