Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper gently.
- Form the meat into six small patties, about 2 inches wide, creating an indentation in the center.
- Grill patties for approximately 4 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- In the last minute of grilling, add cheese slices on top to melt.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns with lettuce, tomato, onions, and desired condiments.
