- 4 medium russet potatoes

- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 4 tbsp butter (for serving)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Scrub the russet potatoes under cold water and dry thoroughly.
- Poke several holes into each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Drizzle olive oil over each potato and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
- Place the potatoes directly on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Carefully remove from the oven, slice open, and add butter and any desired toppings before serving.
