Instructions

- Combine: In a bowl, toss warm potatoes with parsley, dill, red onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Mix Gently: Fold ingredients together without breaking the potatoes.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors before serving.
