Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets in the prepared dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice over the fillets.
- Top each fillet with chopped dill or parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest briefly before serving.
