- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water and cut them in half or quarters for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even crisping.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
