Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the asparagus under cool water and pat dry. Trim the tough ends.
- In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, and lemon zest over the asparagus and toss again.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
