  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
