Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools (mixing bowls, measuring cups, skillet).
- In a large bowl, mix the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties about the size of your palm.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer cooked patties to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve warm.
