Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: mince garlic and ginger; chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart for even texture.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Whisk together soy sauce and brown sugar in a bowl. Pour over the beef mixture and stir well to coat.
- Add chopped vegetables; sauté for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve the beef mix over bowls of rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
