- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 3–4 cloves fresh garlic
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Sliced jalapeños (to taste)
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chicken strips until golden brown; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced jalapeños, cooking until fragrant.
- Lower the heat, then mix in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in cooked fettuccine, chicken, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
