Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 34 cloves fresh garlic
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Sliced jalapeños (to taste)
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chicken strips until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced jalapeños, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat, then mix in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Stir in cooked fettuccine, chicken, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
