- 2 navel oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and segmented

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 10 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Peel and slice the oranges and grapefruit into bite-sized pieces.
- Zest the lemon using a microplane and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced fruit with lemon zest.
- Drizzle honey and olive oil over the mixture; toss gently to coat.
- Add chopped mint leaves and mix lightly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
