Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Shred the green cabbage and grate the carrots.
- Create the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss Together: Add shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the dressing. Mix well using two forks or tongs until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill Before Serving: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
