- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pineapple juice (100% juice)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries under cold water and set aside.
- In a glass or shaker, muddle mint leaves with lime juice to release oils.
- Stir in pineapple juice and half of the cranberries.
- Fill glasses halfway with ice, then pour in sparkling water.
- Garnish with remaining cranberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
