- 4 cups fresh cucumbers (sliced thinly)
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh dill weed (or 1 tbsp dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill until smooth.
- Gently fold the sliced cucumbers into the dressing until well-coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
