Instructions
- Wash cucumbers and cherry tomatoes under cold water.
- Slice cucumbers into thin rounds and halve cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
- Add torn basil leaves to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; season with salt and pepper.
