Instructions
- Rinse cucumbers and slice them into rounds or half-moons.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the veggie mixture and add fresh dill; toss gently until combined.
- Let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
