Instructions
- Wash all vegetables under cold water. Slice cucumbers thinly and halve cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss until well-coated.
- Add chopped herbs just before serving for an aromatic finish.
