- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
 - 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably Greek)
 - 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
 - 2 tablespoons honey (or sugar, to taste)
 - 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
 - Ice cubes (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a blender, combine diced mangoes, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
 - Add honey and cardamom powder; blend again until well mixed.
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
 - If desired, add ice cubes and blend briefly for a chilled lassi.
 - Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves.
