- 2 large ripe tomatoes (diced)

Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and cucumber thoroughly; dice the tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
- Thinly slice the red onion into rings or half-moons.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, onion, crumbled feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
- Add the chopped oregano and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar if desired.
- Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill for enhanced flavors.
